Using a jailbroken ios device download an app called "ifile" or any other file browser from cydia this will let you explore and edit your phones files, once downloaded open ifile and navigate to /etc and look for a file named hosts, open with the text viewer and press edit in the top left corner, add a new line at the bottom of the hosts file and insert the ip of the server(Given above) after a space insert "game.clashofclans.com"then press the return button on the key board . Now open clash of clans and you should connect to your desired server.
This gold, elixir, gems are not reflected in your original game. You get back to your original game anytime after you remove the hosts
