Instructions:

1. Download the hack

2. Go to Inotia4 PLUS director(/var/mobile/Application/Inotia4_global/inotia4_global.app)

3. Replace the binary with the one you downloaded

4. Set permission to 777 (Read/Write/Execute with iFile)

Note: On iOS 5 or lower, you need to sign binary.
