Instructions:

Download hack file
Logout of GameCenter, and close the app from multitasking.
Extract the "Documents" and replace with the original "Documents" folder.
Replace Documents folder with the new hacked files you downloaded. Make sure the downloaded file is unzipped or it will not work.
Open The Sims FreePlay on your device, and enjoy!
